A well-built terrace is a real extension of your home. We use treated outdoor timber with finishes that stand up to the Portuguese climate — sun, rain, and everything in between.

Price includes structure, decking, delivery and installation.

THE QUALITY:

  • Solid supports: We create reliable supports 20 cm high. This raises the deck off the ground, ensuring excellent ventilation and full protection against ground moisture.
  • Robust structure: We build a strong support framework. We use double beams made of dry, planed timber (45x145 mm), with a special fixing system to the supports.
  • Extra protection: All timber ends and cuts are obligatorily treated with a waterproofing product to prevent rot and to extend the life of the structure as much as possible.
  • Premium finish: The final surface is made with premium, dried and profiled timber boards (autoclave-treated Nordic pine, 28x145 mm). It is highly resistant to weather changes and wonderfully comfortable to walk on barefoot.

The Freestanding Lounge Pavilion is a full timber structure designed to stand on its own, anywhere on your plot. Open on the front, sheltered above, grounded below - it creates a room without walls.

A lighter, faster alternative to the timber pavilion - the same freestanding freedom, with walls and roof made from premium sun-shading fabric. Perfect for a private lounge corner, an outdoor dining nook, or a shaded retreat anywhere on your plot.

  • Basic deck: Autoclave-treated northern pine (28×145 mm) on rigid frame, concrete footings 20 cm high. Price: 100 € / m²
  • Slope reinforcement: Heavy-duty pine posts (45×145 mm), steel heel cast in concrete, diagonal bracing. Price: 500 € / 4 posts · 6 m terrace
